SHIPPING
Shipping within the US or North America will take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders outside North America may take anywhere from 5-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship all of our orders with UPS, DHL & USPS.
Import duties and taxes may apply on orders outside the US.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
-Countryof origin of the purchased product
-Local VAT rates
-Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/location are beyond our control.
ORDERS
If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item, please contact our Support team at support@azulsiete.com before returning your item/s. Azul Siete reserves the right to deny a refund. The item/s must be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with the original tags attached.
Once we’ve receive your package, your refund will be issued within 3 to 4 business days.
We only offer free returns within the US and North America.
Please be advised that in case of a return, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund, and customs fee will be covered by the client (for countries outside of the United States).

We produce most of our clothing in the US, and Latin America with the highest quality standards.
We do not offer a repair service, however, we do offer a 1 year warranty on all of our swim-shorts, if you bought the item from our website and it has a manufacturing defect we will do our best to get this repaired for you, or replace your item. Please send us an email to support@azulsiete.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our swim shorts.
If you have bought a pair of swim shorts and they have not performed well, we will repair or replace them.
